Consulation 

• Initial consolation, we meet in the space to be deigned, walk through and discuss the scope of work and design ideas. This is a great opportunity to show the images you have saved and your wish list.

Contract

• A pricing structure is discussed and agreed to. A contract is provided by designer. A retainer is provided to designer at this time to go toward hour accrued.  

Space Planing 

• Site measure of the space.  Drawings are appreciated if applicable. I space plan and provide one or two options to be review by the client. Visuals  aids  are provided to help portray a design concept ei floor plans, elevations, powerpoint, and 3D renderings,  

Selections 

• Finishes, furniture and lighting is all selected and presented to the client for review.

Proposal 

• A proposal is drafted and after approval all schedules and design plans are provided to contractors or workmen if applicable. 

Installation

• Designer project manages all installations.   

Art and Accessories 

• Art and accessories curating for the spaces.

After Design

• Continued client care and aesthetic updates.

Pricing Structors 

 

• Fixed or Flat. This can include a fix price per room, price per square footage, or a fix amount of hours to not exceed. 

• Per hour rate, plus mark-up.

• Percentage of project cost. Scheduled payments to concede with specified project bench marks. 

• Consultation only.
